You’ll go pick out all your ingredients at the local market and then spend the afternoon in a traditional outdoor kitchen preparing a feast. You will have the chance to learn to make one of four dishes options: Umutsima ,Agatogo, Isombe and Mizuzu.

Umutsima (a dish of cassava and corn),
Agatogo: plantains mixed with beans or meat (igitoki) in Rwanda
isombe (cassava leaves with Eggplant and spinach)
mizuzu (fried plantains)
